Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what StreamJr ("the site," "we," "us") does and doesn't do with your data. StreamJr is a static site: there's no login, no account database, and no server-side tracking of what you watch.

Information we collect

We don't operate user accounts, and StreamJr's own servers do not log which titles you search for or watch. Standard web infrastructure (such as our hosting provider) may keep basic technical logs — like IP address and request time — purely for security and uptime purposes, the same as almost any website.

We don't collect payment information, email addresses, or precise location data, because there's nothing on this site that requires them.

Local storage & your watchlist

Your watchlist and playback progress are saved using your browser's local storage, entirely on your own device. This data is never transmitted to us — we simply have no way to see it. Clearing your browser's site data, using a different browser, or switching devices will remove or reset it.

Third-party services

StreamJr relies on two outside services to function:

TMDB (The Movie Database): supplies titles, posters, descriptions, and search results. Your browser talks to TMDB's API directly to fetch this information.
The embedded video player: when you press play, your browser loads a player from a third-party provider inside an embedded frame. That provider may collect its own technical data (such as IP address) under its own privacy practices, separate from StreamJr's.

We encourage you to review those providers' own privacy policies if you have concerns about how they handle requests made directly from your browser.

Children's privacy

StreamJr does not knowingly collect personal information from children, largely because it doesn't collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, please contact us so we can look into it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the site changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
